What we collect
Your account details, your business information, and the requests your visitors send you.
Visitors to your site
We count visits without cookies and without storing personal data, so your site needs no cookie banner.
Requests from visitors
When a visitor sends a request, we keep what they wrote, and any photos they added, so the business can reply. Photos are private to the business. Each business decides how it uses the requests it receives.
How we use it
To run your site, send you leads, and keep the service safe. We never sell personal data.
Services we use
Cloudflare hosts the app, your data and your photos, and runs the spam check on forms. Resend sends our emails. Google handles "Sign in with Google" if you choose it. Sentry receives error reports, with names, emails, phone numbers and form contents removed. Stock photos are shown from Unsplash's servers.
How long we keep it
As long as your business is on Snappy Site. When you delete it, we remove its data and photos after 30 days. A log of our own admin actions is kept for safety.
Your choices
You can download or delete your data at any time from Settings in your dashboard.
